Wedding Photography Service
I am able to offer a very affordable and flexible alternative
to the traditional film-based wedding photographer by using a digital
camera.
As there is no film cost involved, I can take a large
number of shots on the day, then select the best
and enhance them on the computer afterwards. I then supply the full
set of photos on CD and you are free to organise your own prints at
your leisure.
Using different techniques I can take a mix of formal portraits
and more spontaneous 'reportage style' photos.
My fee for 2008 is £450 and
includes:
Prior discussion with
the couple as to requirements.
Photography on the wedding
day: Includes: brides & bridesmaids
before the service, The arrival and the wedding service & ceremony,
Formal shots of the couple and groups, informal shots of the couple and
guests, the cake-cutting. I can also cover the speeches and the evening
reception - subject to negotiation.
I offer a friendly service
and will aim to be unobtrusive and as
flexible as possible while
helping record the sense of the wedding day.
Basic cropping and enhancement on
computer of some images and supply of some processed images (eg. black & whites
or duo-tones).
Supply of images on CD including
sorting the images into logical groupings and putting into folders. All
images would be of sufficient resolution to print up to 8" x 12" (approximately
A4 size).
Supply a
few printed samples with the CD (10-15).
I typically shot 3-400
images which are then sorted down to around
150 photos for presentation on CD.
I can upload the photos
to a web site (no extra charge) within days
of the wedding. I would then email you a link to the site and you can
view them while on honeymoon if you have internet access and would like
this service.
I am based in Brighton
& Hove and cover South East England. I do
not charge extra travel expenses for weddings in Sussex, Surrey, or Central/South
London.
I am a semi-professional photographer
(Most professional photographers
will charge you upward of £1000 plus charges for every print). I work
digitally and do not carry a full indoor lighting/flash rig. Outdoor photography
or rooms with plenty of natural light will produce the best results.
I am a sole trader and do not charge
VAT.
